Importance of Training
As part of our award winning customer service we offer all customers two free training days per year at our offices in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
Prior to your training session we will carry out a full system audit and prepare a training session plan that is bespoke to your business requirements. Post training you will also receive a report that details any areas that require further action or onsite training.
Due to this service being free of charge it has been misused in the past, so we have introduced a cancelation policy.
Once a date has been agreed we will start preparatory work 72 hours prior to your training date. Any late cancellations, within 72 hours of the agreed date, will result in the loss of one of your free training days.
