COVID-19 Important Update

Payment Holiday

We understand that we are all working through unprecedented times and that the bodyshop market in particular has been heavily impacted by Covid-19. We wanted to let you know that we are here to help and, as such, today across both EMACS and BMS, we are announcing a three-month payment holiday option for all customers to help with much needed cashflow.

In these times it is important that we come together as an industry and help each other as much as we can, so we have made the decision to make it available to all customers as we know that many have been forced to close but many are also still fighting hard to stay open. We have already been helping in a number ways, such as:

  • Enabling shop employees to stay safe and work from home using various options.
  • Announcing the live Smart Locator Map to showcase those who are open to insurer partners.
  • Continuing efforts being put in across the wider Enterprise business to keep parts supply open and logistics moving.

At this time we would like to thank all of our customers and also say that the number one priority remains the safety of you, your employees and customers.
