Our training is the most comprehensive training in the business, we offer training all year round and all of our customers receive 2 days FREE training. Training courses can be held at your premises or we can offer training in our purpose built training centre at our head office.
During our software installation we carry out training with all your staff at your premises. (3-4 of our system consultants will be on site with you for 5-6 days)
Bodyshop Software Support
Our software support team are always on hand to help you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have a full time support team working during office hours and built into the system you will have access to the mobile numbers for your installation team for ‘out of hours’ support.
With a wealth of system knowledge we can help you with any query you may have and even remotely connect to your PC to guide you in the right direction.

Our mobile application ARC-AiDE is an industry first and is designed and developed using our own experienced programmers. We are constantly developing the mobile application so that it is always up to date with the new features that are released within the main bodyshop software.
