ARC-AiDE APP – Full Mobile Application
Designed to aid a Workshop Controller, including the allocation of jobs to productives, amend times in repair stages and set repair status.
This allows the workshop controller to spend more time on the shop floor and not be tied to the PC in his office.
They can view a version of the control report called Jobs by Due Out Date which is in the same order as the main system.
Collection / Delivery of courtesy cars and customer vehicles can be processed on the ARC-AiDE App and the paperwork emailed to your customer complete with customers electronic signature.
ARC-AiDE APP Lite – Mobile Application
The lite version is designed for the workshop productives to allow them to clock on and off jobs from anywhere in the bodyshop that has WIFI Connection.
Insurance companies wanting images in strip and prep has now been made easy with the productives able to take pictures using ARC-AiDE Lite and upload direct to the job.
Adding supplementaries for parts or labour can also be done direct to the job and be backed up with images, to help the estimator get the extra work approved.
ARC-AiDE Lite truly is a time saving application for the user, admin staff and estimators.
